For some occasions and upon pre- approval we do accept United States Dollar (USD)/ Checks made payable to DMF Distribution.
Billing Policy
All Sales Are Final. No Returns. Your card will be charged at checkout, transactions will be posted between 1- 7 business days. For invoice transactions payment will be due from the issue date and the assigned due date. The product will not be delivered until payment has been made and processed otherwise it is pre- approved by DMF Distribution to do so. Refunds Policy
Due to the Nature of the product (Water bottles) All Sales Are Final. No Returns.
Shipping / Delivery Policy
All deliveries are done by private delivery drivers that do not carry any cash or change. For larger order, please allow more time on the delivery, so we can accommodate your order. Shipping/Delivery schedule is based on location and the order quantity. Order over $100, Shipping is free.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any promotional code.
Product Note
Some bottles may come in a white, silver label or special edition labels. All the water come from the same source and manufacturer (Fiuggi, Italy). The cases that hold the water, for the Natural Spring (Still water) come in a white case and for the Sparkling (carbonated/ bubbly) come in a white cases with a touch of blue around the case.
